NPC #427 (STILL SAYING THE SAME THING)

NPC #427 is fundamentally broken in a way that's genuinely concerning. He shows up mid-dialogue loop, mumbling the same three phrases like a malfunctioning GPS having an existential crisis. His repeated jab spam isn't strategic — he just forgot what combo comes next. Every few seconds his face twitches in that same surprised expression. Glitch uppercuts sometimes clip through you and appear behind him looking equally confused. His dialogue never stops — even knocked down he keeps muttering about quests and XP.
